Maybe the German way is better
I just watched a piece on The History Channel. It was about the German Autobahn. One of the things pointed out in the beginning is that German drivers don't multitask behind the wheel. When they drive, 100% of their attention is focused on the road. They wonder what everyone else needs such things as cupholders in their cars. They don't talk on their cell phones while driving.Of course, they have a much better driver education system. It is one that we could possibly adapt. We do happen to have a bad copy of their highway system.
